We are passionate about creating high quality, fresh and healthy sourdough breads and food products. We use top quality ingredients and raw materials sourced from local communities and local businesses.
Our sourdough breads: contain nothing but flour, mineral water and salt (we add no sugar, no commercial yeast, no dairy, no oil/butter etc.).
We use 100% natural fermentation methods, and therefore, our bread contains dietary fibres and body friendly bacteria that gives our bread essential probiotic qualities.
The process for making each bread takes between 24-72 hours, and the entire process is done by hand. The result is an amazing caramelised crust and airy soft moisty crumb. (And yes, they are Vegan-friendly)
